IS6302A is a high power fully integrated power supply solution designed for LPDDR5/LPDDR4X. The chip supports three outputs in a wide input voltage range of 3.15V-22V, and integrates two Buck and a single load switch internally. The continuous output current is 10A, and the Buck full load can reach 14A. IS6302A adopts 3mm x 3mm QFN package, optimized high and low side MOSFET design, taking into account high efficiency, high performance and smaller application volume.

The IS6302A uses COT^TM control mode, the smallest output capacitor provides fast transient response, excellent linear adjustment and load regulation over the entire input voltage and output load range, and supports both sleep mode operations (S3/S5) for in-memory applications. In addition, IS6302A has a full set of protection functions, including input under voltage lock (UVLO), output over current limit (OCL), output over voltage protection (OVP), under voltage protection (UVP), over temperature protection (OTP), etc., suitable for high data transfer rate/wide output voltage range of the pen, server, data center and other fields.
