IS6630D A complete power supply solution with high power density for LP DDR 4X, integrated with a synchronous step-down switch converter (VDD 2), which provides continuous current of up to 10A over a wide input voltage (4.5 V to 22 V), with excellent load and linear adjustment rate. It adopts the patented TCOTTM control mode, which can achieve rapid transient response.

 At the same time, the chip is also integrated with VDDQ LDO, VDD1 LDO. VDDQ LDO The output needs only one 22 uF ceramic capacitor to absorb or provide a continuous current of 1.5A; the VDD1 LDO output requires two 22 uF ceramic capacitors to provide a continuous current of 1.5A.

IS6630D A QFN16 (3mmx3mm) package with fully integrated protection functions, including OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP and OTP. The PGOOD signal is used to indicate the operating state of the chip. The output end adopts pure ceramic capacitors, which can achieve the purpose of saving space and cost for users.
