The IS6605H is a fully integrated high-performance synchronous buck converter. It adopts the company's patented TCOT™ (Turbo Constant On-Time) control architecture to provide rapid transient response and make the loop more stable. It can offer continuous 6A output current within a wide input voltage range of 4V to 16V, while having excellent load and linear regulation performance, providing an ultra-compact power solution for space-constrained applications. 

Supports three programmable switching frequencies: 660 kHz, 1.1 MHz or 2.1 MHz. Regardless of changes in input or output voltage, the switching frequency of IS6605H remains constant. Built-in 1.4 ms soft start timer, supporting external capacitor expansion of the start cycle from REF to GND. Integrated drain open circuit power (PGOOD) monitoring circuit, with fault locking function of 0.7V clamping voltage. 

The complete protection mechanism includes overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP) and overtemperature protection. The IS6605H adopts an ultra-compact QFN-14 (2mm x 3mm) package, with optimized pin layout that minimizes the use of existing standard external components.
