IS6614A is a high power density, fully integrated synchronous step-down converter. It integrates MOSFETs, supports a wide input voltage range, and can support a continuous output current of up to 12A. The operating frequency range is from 300kHz to 1.5MHz. An external bias is optional to maximize efficiency. The differential sensing scheme and the internal feedback reference voltage achieve an output voltage tolerance of ±1% over the entire temperature range. 

The IS6614A has excellent line and load regulation rates. The IS6614A also supports PMBus serial interface communication, using pin binding and non-volatile memory (NVM) for configuration parameters. Additionally, it provides remote readings of IOUT, VOUT, VIN, duty cycle, and temperature. 

The IS6614A integrates comprehensive protection functions, including valley current overcurrent protection (OCP), negative overcurrent protection (NOCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage protection (UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP). Protection responses such as Miss, Latch Off, and Hiccup can be programmed through PMBus. The IS6614A is packaged in a LGA 5 mm x 5 mm format.
