IS6615B is a fully integrated, PMBusTM-compatible high-frequency synchronous buck converter that achieves a continuous output current capacity of 30A within a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V. Based on differential output voltage detection and an internal 0.6V feedback reference, it achieves a tolerance of ±1% over the full temperature range and has excellent load and linear regulation performance. The PMBus serial interface communication can be configured through pins or non-volatile memory (NVM), supporting key parameter monitoring functions such as IOUT, VOUT, VIN, duty cycle, and Temperature. The operating frequency range is from 300 kHz to 1.5 MHz, and the external bias can be configured in a mode to achieve efficiency optimization.

IS6615B offers a QFN 5mm x 6mm package, featuring comprehensive integrated protection functions, including OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP, and OTP, and protection responses can be programmed through PMBus.
