The ISM6402A is a fully integrated 15A power solution, with an internal DCDC converter, MOSFET, inductor, capacitor, and peripheral resistors integrated within. It has a 7 mm x 7 mm x 4.4 mm size, 29-pin LGA package, and is compact in size with low EMI. 

The ISM6402A minimizes the use of external components and simplifies the design of the output inductor. It incorporates a 3.3V LDO, which is particularly useful for single-input power supply applications. The differential detection scheme and 0.6V internal feedback reference voltage can achieve a tolerance of ±1% over the entire operating temperature range, and provide excellent linearity and load regulation. 

The ISM6402A adopts the patented Turbo Constant Time (TCOT™) algorithm to enhance the transient response. It features a complete set of functions, including power good indication, pre-bias startup, and comprehensive protection features such as OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP, and OTP. The internal ramp compensation design ensures that all output capacitors can be used normally as MLCCs, there by saving space and cost. It is an ideal component for providing power supply for various point-of-load applications.
