IS6630A A complete power density solution for DDR 4, DDR 3 / DDR 3 L with a synchronous step-down switch converter (VDDQ) that provides continuous current of up to 10A over wide input voltages (4.5 V to 22 V), with excellent load and linear adjustment rates. It adopts the patented TCOT TM control mode, which can achieve rapid transient response.

 At the same time, VTT LDO, VPP LDO, and buffer low-noise reference output (VTTREF) are also integrated inside the chip. VTT LDO The output needs only one 22 uF ceramic capacitor to absorb or provide a continuous current of 1.5A; the VPP LDO output also needs only one 22 uF ceramic capacitor to provide a continuous current of 1.5A; the VTTREF can accurately track VDDQ / 2 values.

IS6630A A QFN16 (3mmx3mm) package with fully integrated protection functions, including OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP and OTP. The PGOOD signal is used to indicate the operating state of the chip.
