IS6605A Is a high power density, high frequency, fully integrated synchronous step-down converter. The 2mm x 3mm 14 PIN QFN package provides an optimized solution to achieve output current up to 6A. It has a very high working efficiency in the output load current range, and it has a good load adjustment rate and linear adjustment rate in the wide input voltage range.

IS6605A Adopt the internal compensation mode, and use the unique TCOT^TMControl mode to provide fast transient responses and simplified loop compensation networks. The switching frequency can be selected between 600kHz,1MHz,1.5MHz, 2 MHz. The soft start time can be set by the external capacitor. The PGOOD signal is provided to indicate the working state of the chip.
