IS6609A is a high efficiency, high power density, fully integrated single-phase synchronous buck converter, capable of providing up to 30A DC output current. It comes in a 5mm x 6mm QFN package with an internal LDO, which can operate on a single input power supply and support a wide input voltage range of 2.5V-17V under an external VCC.

The IS6609A uses JMC's unique TCOT^TM control mode to provide fast transient response and supports a switching frequency range of 600kHz-1.2MHz in continuous conduction mode (FCCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) through external resistor setting. In addition, IS6609A has a full range of protection functions, including over current protection (OCP), negative current protection (NOCP), over voltage protection (OVP), under voltage protection (UVP), over temperature protection (OTP), etc., mainly used in server, storage, telecommunications and data communication and other fields.
