IS6631A/B , Internal integrated synchronous step-down switch converter, which can provide continuous current up to 10A in a wide range of input voltage (4.5 V to 22 V), with an output voltage up to 12V, with excellent load and linear adjustment rate. It adopts the patented TCOT control mode to achieve rapid transient response. The current limit value can be changed by connecting different resistances between the CLM pin and the GND. The switching frequency of this chip is fixed at 700 KHz, and the DCM mode or forced CCM mode can be selected under light load.

IS6631A/B ,  QFN16 (3mmx3mm) package with fully integrated protection functions, including OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP and OTP. The PGOOD signal is used to indicate the operating state of the chip. The output end adopts pure ceramic capacitors, which can achieve the purpose of saving space and cost for users.
