The IS6620A is a highly integrated non-isolated dual-channel DC-DC converter, which supports 6A single-phase single-output or 12A dual-phase parallel single-output over an input voltage range (4.5V-16V) with output voltage support of 0.5V-5.5V. It uses pseudo-current mode control with an optional ramp amplitude configuration to optimize the loop bandwidth.

IS6620A adopts 25 pin FC-QFN package with 0.5mm pitch(3mm x 5mm) package. Through optimized circuit design, improved wafer production process and the use of the most advanced packaging technology, the device has higher power density, conversion efficiency and stronger anti-interference ability. The output voltage is more stable. The chip is integrated with complete protection functions, including pre-bias-start protection, soft-start protection, NOCP, OVP, UVP and OTP protection functions.
