CPU voltage regulating double loop number-analog hybrid multi-phase step-down controller, control single maximum control 8 phase power level synchronous output

 IS6201A Is a dual output digital multiphase step-down controller, designed for CPU voltage regulation and fully in line with PMBus 1.3.1. QFN-56 (7mm 7mm)TMControl techniques to achieve a rapid and transient response. High working efficiency can be achieved in the output load range, and dynamic phase control can be conducted according to the load current size.


 IS6201A Can be configured to work with one or two output, supporting 127 addresses of PMBus and I2C bus interfaces, easily setting device configuration and stored in on-chip non-volatile memory (NVM) to reduce external components and minimize package size. IS6201A Provide OVP, UVP, OVP, OTP, and CAT _ FLT fault protection, and includes thermistor-based temperature sensing or maximum temperature reporting when using power devices. The controller is very flexible and can be used with DCR current detection, precision current detection resistor and power devices.
