The ISM6401A Power Module is a highly integrated 8A power supply solution with internally integrated 16V input step-down DC / DC converters, shield transductors, and passive components using a thermal enhanced QFN package.7 mm x 7 mm x 4 mm, 46 pin QFN package, using wiring-capable lead frame technology to enhance thermal performance, small size, and low EMI. All pins of the encapsulation are accessible from the periphery to achieve a simple layout and ease of fabrication.
The ISM6401A power module minimizes the use of external components and provides a simplified output inductance design. Includes good power, preoffset start, and complete protection features, such as OCP, NOCP, OVP, UVP, and over-temperature protection (OTP).

Differential sense feedback and the use of 0.6V internal feedback reference voltage enables the output voltage accuracy within ± 1% in the full operating temperature range, providing excellent line and load adjustment.
