ISM6636A / B / C is an integrated controller, MOS tube, inductor capacitor of high voltage density synchronous voltage reduction converter module. The module adopts 3.3mm 3.3mm 1.45mm micro package, supports 4.5V to 16V input, the output supports 0.6V~5V, the highest peak current up to 8A, and the continuous working current up to 6A.

The ISM6636A / B / C can also support the I2C digital communication interface. It can be programmed through I2C to quickly obtain the output voltage, output current, temperature and other information. ISM6636A / B / C has fully integrated protection functions, including pre-bias start (Pre-bias), soft start protection (SS), positive current over current protection (OCP), negative current over current protection (NOCP), output over voltage protection (OVP), output under voltage protection (UVP), and over temperature protection with automatic recovery (OTP).
