IS6302A: Ultra high power density power supply solution with full load current up to 14A

The IS6302A is a full-switch mode converter in a 3mm x 3mm QFN-17 package with an integrated 10A VDD2 and 1A VDDQ synchronous high-frequency buck converter and a 1.8V/1A VDD1 load switch. With 10A continuous output over a wide input voltage range (3.15V to 22V) and up to 14A at full load, the VDD1 load switch is capable of delivering 1A continuous current at only 2x22uF MLCC.

 

The IS6302A uses IVS's unique TCOTTM control technology for fast transient response, excellent load and linear adjustment over the entire input voltage; Built-in soft start (SS) and output discharge, optimized high-low MOSFET design, enabling the chip to achieve high efficiency performance over the entire output load range; The IS6302A supports two sleep mode operations for memory applications (S3/S5), and supports a full range of protection features including input undervoltage lock (UVLO), output overcurrent limit (OCL), output overvoltage and undervoltage protection (OVP and UVP), and overtemperature protection (OTP). With high efficiency, high performance and smaller application volume, it is suitable for high data transmission rate/wide output voltage range of pens, servers, data centers and other applications.
