In addition to the rapid growth of data center scale, the tense state of semiconductor supply chain under the epidemic has not been effectively alleviated. One of the important reasons is that the VRM controller and power stage cannot be cross-applied, so the compatible design of power schemes has become the mainstream direction. In terms of Power devices, Longwork Micro provides 70A Power Stage IS6806A/IS6809A compatible with the mainstream industry package under 12V application, using MCM package; In the low-current Power Stage field, JMW's IS6811A uses a single-wafer integrated design and achieves best-in-class efficiency and high-frequency performance over its competitors.

For the ongoing Open Rack application, the evolution of power bus from 12V to 48V, Changwork Micro also put forward its own views and corresponding research directions for 12V, 5V and other intermediate buses.
